When you want transfer file from your hosting to siteground with SSH or PUTTY and you get error like this:
Connecting to [your hosting iP] port 18765.
connect to address [your hosting iP] port 18765: Connection refused
connect to host [your hosting iP] port 18765: Connection refused
lost connection,
because: Siteground do not allow such transfers of files on the shared accounts
